I am looking for an advanced relational database application development position that may be combined with operations management or any other business management task area handling and development responsibilities, and with project management and business analysis, and management reporting or other type of report development tasks.

As an expert-level MS Access developer I am very good at workflow and business process analysis, documentation and relevant solution development. I excel as MS Access developer, but I am familiar with other technologies as well.
As project manager and business analyst I build effective bridges between the users needs and the development capabilities. I approach project management from the goals and milestone structure perspective, identify the scope, cost-effective development steps, resource needs and other relevant variables, and reach the objectives by combining goal-oriented business creativity with self-expressive artistic creativity on as needed bases.
As management reporting specialist I can develop further existing reports and reporting functionality, or, as needed, a new and better version of reports from ground up, including reports content and design, operational key performance indicators, formulas, relevant database driven functionality, and visually informative and attractive PowerPoint slides.
